Appointments are allotted with adequate time for client consult, set up, application, and aftercare instructions. Please be punctual to your appointment. Tardiness beyond 10 minutes is subject to a reschedule/cancellation fee.
Reschedules and cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, the day before appointment, will result in a 60% fee charged to the card on file. Cancellations made anytime the day of appointment will result in a 100% fee. This applies for both cancellations and reschedules.
No shows will result in a 100% fee charged to the card on file. It will be at the provider’s discretion if client is allowed to continue booking with us. If permitted, the next appointment must be prepaid prior to booking.
If the card on file is declined when charging the fee for late cancellations, reschedules and no shows, the outstanding balance must be paid within 24 hours, in order to continue booking with us. Failure to comply will result in the client being banned from all future bookings.
All appointments are reserved at www.tannedbyt.org. No appointment requests will be taken via phone, text message, direct message or email. Please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation/reschedule fee.
